What are the minimum requirements for being a Provider?

To become a Repairman Provider, you must meet the following requirements:

• Have either an active plumbing license, a wireman’s license or a contractor’s license valid in the state of Colorado
• Have proof of a current liability insurance policy (minimum of $ 1 million dollars)
