What if I can’t complete the job?

If a Provider determines that they cannot complete a job because:

1. They have expertise in the wrong area – (example: a plumber is needed instead of someone experienced in HVAC)
2. They are not experienced enough to know the proper steps to take
3. The job requires a permit
4. They do not have access to the correct tools

They must close the job and stop billing at this point.

If a part must be ordered, the job can be paused and resumed at a later date. Additional trip fees and charges for parts may occur.
